Most vehicles coming from out of province must pass a safety inspection prior to registration in BC.
Service Description
An Out of Province Inspection with is required for most used vehicles coming into British Columbia from another province in order to register and insure with ICBC. We are licensed to perform vehicle inspections as determined by British Columbia’s Vehicle Inspections and Standards program. Upon a PASS, you may bring your vehicle inspection certificate to ICBC and register your vehicle. Upon a FAIL, you will be made aware of what issues requires remedy to meet the safety standards set out by the government of BC. Have questions?
